Of het werd in 1986 deels gesloopt, maar dan klopt de datum bij 552_304315 niet. Zie voor een aanvraag sloopvergunning: http://www.regionaalarchiefdordrecht.nl/archief/zoeken/?mivast=46&mizig=239&miadt=46&miaet=14&micode=752&minr=9893592&miview=ldt Nog wat feitjes: Stichting 'Woningzorg' en de Naamloze vennootschap 'Bouwmaatschappij Het Noorderkwartier' zijn de voorlopers van de Stichting tot Beheer en Exploitatie van Woningen te Dordrecht, welke werd opgericht op 1-1-1931, wat per 1-1-1969 het Gemeentelijk Woningbedrijf Dordrecht werd en later weer op 26-8-1994 Stichting Woondrecht. Stichting Woonzorg voor Ouderen is op 1-1-1999 in Stichting Woondrecht opgegaan. Woondrecht fuseerde op 19-1-2006 met Woonbron. Het kantooradres van Woonbron afdeling Dordrecht is Van Baerleplantsoen 26 (Villa Weizigt).
Ik heb de foto wat lichter gemaakt en vind niet dat het raam op zichzelf, zo zwaar is uitgevoerd. Hier zie je de achtergevel [552_319830], maar is voor de kleinere details niet zo geschikt, maar laat wel zien dat er geen schokkend verschil met de andere ramen is zoals die aan de zijgevel. Dat wat jij als een brede raamlijst zie is mogelijk een plantenbak of een andersoortige lijst op b.v. de scheiding begane grond - eerste verdieping.
Van de acht ramen in de zijgevel (zie b.v. 552_307176) zijn er nog maar drie over, dus er is een aardig stukje van af. Ik denk niet dat er veel ruchtbaarheid aangegeven is destijds. Een deel van de vrijgekomen ruimte werd weer opgevuld door deze [552_304315] nieuwbouw. Waarschijnlijk zag men het onderhoud van zo een grote villa niet zitten en kon men de grond goed gebruiken voor huisvesting van de Woningstichting of welke naam ze op dat moment dan ook hadden.
Op 552_761058, tussen de Orangerie en die uit de kluiten gewassen boom zie je verschillende bouwwerkjes staan. De nok aan de achterzijde van het hoogste bouwwerk zie je hier op deze foto (552_325340), achter de staande, 2e vrouw van links terug. Je kijkt daar dus achterlangs het sanatoriumgebouw tegenaan.
